2008 Myrtle Beach Bike Week
The 68th Annual 2008 Myrtle Beach Bike Week will be taking place this year between May 9-May 18th. If you’re an avid motorcycle rider or just love motorcycles but don’t own one, this is a great venue for you! Myrtle Beach Bike Week is one of the biggest motorcycle venues in the United States. People travel from all over the country to gather along the Coast of South Carolina to look at other people’s motorcycles, as well as purchase various motorcycle paraphernalia. If you want to attend the motorcycle festivities but are worried about not owning a motorcycle, don’t worry. You do not have to have a motorcycle to join in the fun. The bike week consists of festivities such as live music, food, motorcycle rides, contests and the like. Since it began in 1940, The Myrtle Beach Bike Week has consistently attracted increasing numbers of people each year. Last year, it was reported that over 300,000 people were in attendance! It’s a great place to meet other motorcycle enthusiasts and have some fun.
