Vegetarian Bodybuilding
I’ve heard a lot of hard core body builders say that you can only build muscle if you eat meat. That, my friends is a total lie. In fact, we’re starting to see a lot of professional athletes turn to vegetarian and vegan diets at an increasing rate. And I’m not just talking about marathon runners and field hockey players. I’m talking about people in professional sports like baseball and football. And in football you make millions of dollars per year by being an unnaturally large human being. But Vegetarian Bodybuilding is not only a legitimate way to increase bulk, it’s also quite healthy. And vegan bodybuilding is healthier still but a little bit on the tricky side.
