Silk bedding comes out tops.
I have recently got very interested in bedding. I know it’s a bit of a strange thing but I purchased a set of silk duvets a few weeks ago and am thrilled with how well they work. Unlike other duvets silk duvets work by letting some of the heat generated while we sleep. Polyester and down duvets keep the heat in like a pressure cooker working throughout the night.
After researching the different kinds of bedding available it has become pretty obvious that silk bedding is the best bedding one can have on your bed. With excellent heat regulating abilities silk bedding far outperforms other kinds of bedding.
