We are not to seek revenge on others!
Revenge is not a Christian way of going about things. We have all been hurt and probably spend hours thinking of ways to get an ex back. All the energy and thought put into revenge is wasted. God teaches us to forgive and forget. He is an example to us that we are to love and not to hate. Despite all the evil things done to him, God did not contemplate revenge and neither should we. Our time is best spent coming up with ways to show others how we love them. Take the hurt from past break ups and use it as a way to grow.
