weight loss shows

I am addicted to weight loss shows like the biggest loser. Most times I find myself working out while I watch these programs. I am inspired to do better. I think that is one of the reasons I tune it. It is a self motivator to get up off that couch and workout. I also like the helpful hints and facts they give you. Like the truth about six pack abs, and how to eat healthier. My friends and I just started a similar weight loss program between us all to help lose weight and get back on track after having babies.
